1 Roof LLC

1Roof, LLC is the epitome of timeliness, professionalism, and high-quality experience. Aric Ryan came by our home to inspect apparent issues with roof leaks experienced during the high wind rain events we’ve had in Summer 2026 and on short notice. Despite the high heat of the day, he got on the roof AND in the attic to thoroughly and accurately diagnose the issue and deliver a detailed resolution plan. He went well above my expectations with his rendered services. His detailed reporting and positive “can do” attitude with no complaints given is exemplary of true professionalism without sacrificing a genuine, personal touch. I’m pleased and happy to give him and his company high praise.

I called 1 Roof to come and inspect my Roof and provide an Evaluation Report of my Roof and Estimate on any Repairs & Replacement and I was extremely impressed with Aric Ryan and his Professionalism and Knowledge. I also had the Opportunity to talk with Owner Jeremy Bleeker who I cannot say enough good things about. He treated me with the utmost respect & fairness and they both provided me with a detailed, accurate and very fair assessment of my Roof and their pricing was very reasonable. In the North Florida Region, Ponte Vedra or Jacksonville, I highly recommend 1 Roof as a very Trustworthy and Top Shelf Roofing Company.

Called 1Roof to have the roof inspected for a leak. Easy to schedule, Aric was on time, extremely professional and provided quotes almost immediately after the visit. Very honest and I mentioned I was going to call my home builder to inquire about warranty coverage, he agreed and said it wouldn’t hurt. He also told me about the shingles being part of class actions for premature deterioration and to maybe look into that. Anyways, I did not have extended coverage but surprisingly the builder said they would still cover the repair as a courtesy. I didn’t have to use 1Roof but I can tell you that if I ever have an issue with the roof, I may not be so lucky again and will contact 1Roof because after I updated Aric, he was very understanding and a complete professional

I can not say enough about 1Roof. Just had my roof done yesterday. Wonderful absolutely wonderful. From Aric first coming to the crew that did the roof and even Jeremy and Jennifer with their final inspections and cleaning. I wouldn't change this experience for anything. From start to finish they were all very professional and likable. They went above and beyond my expectations. From the crew all the way up to the owners they were awesome. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you 1 Roof for all your hard work and dedication. You folks are truly a great bunch.
