The clinical care at this office is wonderful. Maddy at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and both Dr. Greg and Dr. Jasmine provided great hands-on service during my visits. Unfortunately, the financial and sales process was disappointing and lacked transparency. When reviewing my treatment plan, the number of adjustments Dr. Jasmine verbally recommended did not match what was actually written into the sales agreement. On top of that, there is no itemized price sheet available for individual services, making it difficult to understand the true cost of care. When presented with the package option, I was quoted over $5,000—with a 30% discount offered for paying in full upfront—while being told they would still be billing my insurance on top of that large out-of-pocket amount. The providers themselves are skilled and attentive, but the sales tactics, pricing opacity, and package discrepancies make it hard to feel completely confident moving forward with a long-term plan.

FINALLY!!! SOMEONE WHO LISTENS AND TAKES ACTION! Ive been going to chiro’s for years. I see amazing ones on YouTube, but everyone I come across does the typical crack back, maybe your neck and call it a day. Dr Jasmine is SO INTENTIONAL with every single adjustment - I’m so grateful for her passion in serving others. Do yourself a favor and just schedule an appointment- your future self will thank you.

We absolutely love Dr. Jas, Dr. Greg, and their team! I started going during pregnancy and wish I would have started sooner.
