Phenomenal shoe buying experience here, honestly first class. From when I entered the store, I was greeted warmly by Kristen, who, despite having two other customers, made sure to personally greet me and welcome me in. I haven’t shopped for running shoes since 2018 as I’ve been having kids, and now that I’m getting back into running, I knew it was time to get guidance from the experts. And boy, is Kristen the subject matter expert on shoes and fit! Once we established that I needed new shoes, Kristen got to work by first taking a scan of my feet, then watching my gait. It didn’t take long for her to establish exactly what I needed with my shoe size and how I applied pressure on my feet. She came back with different shoe options, explaining each one thoroughly. I was beyond impressed with her knowledge and how she took the time to explain each offering and WHY she recommended it. After we picked out new shoes, insoles, and socks, I walked away feeling far more confident about my return to running and the purchase I made. I cannot say enough great things about Kristen or this establishment. Truly professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will always return for my running shoe purchases here, especially as I try to prepare for the Gate River Run next year (goals!!). Thank you, Kristen, for helping me. I truly appreciated your recommendations and your professionalism. I’m so excited to run again in the mornings now!
Exemplary customer service. From the young man outside running the sale tent to the woman inside who helped us get fitted properly. They were extremely busy but they waited on everyone promptly and courteously. They had plenty of staff on hand to handle the big sale. We went running that very night in our new shoes that Kathy helped us choose and fit and the insoles she chose for us were the perfect amount of support for what I needed. Excellent local business for all your running needs.
I have severe issues with my feet. I work for Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute at the Beach and my physicians recommend your facility. Colleen Lee told me when I told her my new Hoka's didn't fit I should stop in so you could help me figure out the best fit and shoe. What a great experience! I did the machine and it made sense why my heels and calves hurt or why the staff say I walk heavy, etc. Not only did they show me the problem, I went in for Hoka and left loving the Saucony Triumph 24. Nice supportive inserts by CurRex. My husband said the look on my face when I started walking in them was priceless he could tell the pain was gone. Elias (sp?) was great, kind, patient, knowledgeable, non sales pushing, and all around fantastic. Thank you for making such a difference in our community and for our patients!
👟 BEST shoe store experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! The customer service here was incredible from start to finish. They took the time to really understand what I needed, helped me find the perfect running shoe, and patiently walked me through multiple options without ever making me feel rushed. After I left, there was a small mix-up with my purchase, but one quick phone call and they went above and beyond to make it right. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. I’m not from Florida, but I’ll definitely be ordering online to support this store and will be back in person the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this place truly cares about its customers!
First time shopping here and we’re fans! My wife and I are not runners but wanted better quality shoes. The staff here are top notch. They listen to your needs and give you several choices to pick from. No upselling, no steering you one way or another. We will definitely be back for our next pair of shoes.
