I live here currently and love this place. The management is good and so are the respective staff and managers. They are very helpful, polite and happy folks. But the 2 stars has been because of the pathetic conditions of internet, it’s been 3 months now and the internet plan upgrade has been stalled forcing us to pay a lot of money but internet services are really really poor. There has been no desire to fix the problem as well. The faculties are well-kept and sparingly used by folks here so if you are up for it, you can very well use the gym or swimming pool or others. I have got a lovely balcony unit, couldn’t have asked for more sunshine and airy apartment. Update: Issues when I left the apartment. It has taken 3 months to get my refund. The initial calculation of my refund was completely wrong, multiple double entries and charges which were completely wrong. Had to do line by line calculation and rectify all of it. Many hours wasted. They acknowledged their mistake and finalized the correct amount but mailed the check to my new apartment without writing the correct unit number, so obviously I never received the cheque/check, so now I have to chase them for the check. I would recommend everyone to check all your calculations when you do move-out since from my experience all their calculations were wrong and over-charged.
As a tenant of six years we really enjoy the location and amenities of 5000 Town. The management does a nice job of keeping the facilities clean and updated. Courtney is the leasing office is top notch !!
On 1/2/26 I requested a maintenance service request for a door lock issue with my door to the apartment. The service was quick and professional. The gentleman(I didn’t get his name)was polite and professional and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Overall we have had a pleasant experience here and professional service like we experienced today is another example of the first class experience at 5 Thousand Towns apartments.
5 Thousand apartment is located in nice place . All staff members are very nice and supportive . It feels like our home . Steve Joseph , the property manager is very nice and always ready to help .
We love living at 5 thousand town and want to say thank you to the whole staff for all you do for us. We love all the events and treats you give us every month. Also love the views and sunsets as u will see in my pictures we just love it and will definitely recommend it. Plus is a very convenient place to live is close to everything. Come check it out. 🤗
