97Park, Residential | Commercial Real Estate

Nothing but the BEST!! I've utilized Karen recently with the sale of my mother's house. She manages to explain & clarify the contracts so you have a clear understanding which immediately shows the kind of realitor you will be dealing with. Bonus that she is also a broker so there is automatically a higher level of knowledge in real estate. There was constant communication between us & I always felt she was a source of knowledge. After deciding to sell your home, your 2nd decision should be to call Karen. It will be your best decision!

We worked with Karen when buying our first home in 2020, and just worked with her again to sell that home and buy our second. She’s absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about every step of the process. Communication is always clear and timely, and she truly goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. Highly recommend!!!

Sometimes sellers are difficult and Karen and Stefan most definitely had our back to assure everything was accomplished by the sellers according to contract and on time. Whew. Sometimes it's not easy but they were "on it" every step of the way. So glad we used them!

Karen and Stefan are definitely your go- to real estate agents - Whether you are buying or selling! We used them, 97 Park, to purchase our home, which they made an excellent experience, and 6 years later, used them to sell our home. We couldn't have been happier with the care, guidance and expertise we received. They truly understand every aspect of the entire process and go above and beyond to get the job done right! They are professional, intelligent, extremely personable and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They make themselves available day and night to answer all questions and explain everything. We highly recommend Karen and Stefan for any of your real estate needs - they are truly the best in St Augustine! 6 Years ago… Karen Zander is AWESOME! Karen provided 5-star service with our house search, buying and closing. She was extremely helpful in making sure we covered all bases during the process and in recommending architects, builders that have become part of our process in St Aug. Whatever questions we had (and still have), were always responded to promptly, thoroughly. Could not ask for a better partner in the process. Karen epitomizes excellent customer service - which is complimented by her expertise and sense of humor. If you are looking for a solid partner in the real estate process - look no further!
