AC Hotel Jacksonville St Johns Town Center

We stay at the AC Hotel twice a year for my wife’s appointments at Mayo, and it’s become our go‑to place. The staff is always extremely friendly, and the rooms are consistently comfortable with great bedsheets. I want to give a special thank‑you to the Manager. A month ago, I had a reservation but ended up hospitalized the same day. They were kind enough to refund my money, and I truly appreciated that level of care. The gym is adequate, but the hydration stations definitely need better monitoring — they were extremely dirty during this stay. Also, a small note: the toilet seat closes very loudly, which made me feel bad for anyone staying below us. Outside of those minor issues, this is still a five‑star stay for us every time.

What an amazing experience we had at the A/C Hotel. We stopped at the bar before we went out for dinner and met Alexandria and what a treat she was. She made us the best espresso martini and after dinner we had to stop back and have one more. What an amazing young lady. She made us feel so welcome. What a great night we had.

We stayed here for one night during a road trip and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained, which is always my top priority when choosing a place to stay. The location was also excellent, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Based on the cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the events that we were in town to attend. The staff was so friendly. They all spoke whenever we were leaving or returning. The room was clean & comfortable. However, a microwave is needed. The mattress was a little too soft & the reviews about the thin walls & floors are true. We were grateful that it wasn't too bad. Oh, and the shopping was great!
