I hired this company after they quoted me $120 for the job. Once they arrived, they performed some type of wire switch but never provided a detailed explanation of the work completed. Instead, they later sent me an invoice for $250, more than double the original quote. The worst part is that after they left, the system failed and my switch zone panel was damaged. Another contractor inspected it and confirmed that the panel had been burned, costing me an additional $750 to repair. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and costly damage to my property. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Called Epic Cool/AC Systems due to the AC drain being clogged, Chris came out first thing the next day and took care of the issue. Chris was very courteous and professional. Did a great job clearing the drain pipe and checking my unit. Highly recommend!

AC systems of Jacksonville (Epic Cool) was quick to respond to my AC issue and scheduled a service appointment. Communication through the entire process was excellent. The technician (Kenneth) gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment. Kenneth has serviced my AC once before and has proficient skills in both the mechanical and computer engineering side of modern AC units, which were both necessary to achieve success in fixing my AC unit. Hats off to Epic Air and Kenneth for coming to my rescue once again.

Great people and service, very honest and transparent. Called on a Saturday and had two techs out the next day (to avoid an emergency charge) the tech were very friendly and for the service charge preformed a number of test within an hour and then came to me with the results and my options. Gave their advice and recommendations and left the decision completely in my hands with no up selling or any pressuring. Gave me a price for what they could do day of, some estimates on possible repairs down the road, and a quote if I went the rout of getting a new unit. Highly recommend them if you need any work done.
