I have only experienced PT 2 x in my life. I feel like th one-on-one services with a personal touch at Advanced means more than someone just telling me to get on a machine and do this. They did not help me understand that I need to activate certain muscles to make the healing better and I have received this training at Advanced.
I felt cared for! I did not feel rushed. Erik took all the time I wanted to explain everything and answer all my questions and concerns regarding my surgery and recovery! He made me feel like he was as invested in my successful outcome as much as I was! I definitely found the right place for my PT! Thank you!
They helped me with my problems with not being able to turn my head as well as lot of pain. Both of these improved with the therapy. The therapist were very helpful and friendly explaining what they were doing and why.
I finally found a physical therapy treatment center that truly cares and listens to my concerns. I have been treated at Brooks PT (the WORST) and Advance Rehabilitation in Yulee (not much better that Brooks). I have had PT in NJ over the past 30 years for chronic conditions and have always had great care and commitment by the therapists. The Advance Rehabilitation location on Amelia Island reminds me if what great care I should be getting.
Elizabeth was the therapist I had most often. She taught me many things. After being in physical therapy for 4 months due to knee replacement surgery, I am now going to the gym with everything I learned from advanced physical therapy. Thank you very much
