This is a VERY caring, patient, and well run location. Very clean, and very organized. Shyloh is an excellent tech with a great personality. Dr Gupta is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled with her craft. The two together make a great duo. Grateful to be a patient here.
I had a crown come off my tooth on July 4th, while away on vacation. Seeing what it was, I rinsed it off (appeared fully intact), secured it in container, and safely stowed it in my luggage. When I arrived at the Dentist, he was glad there was nothing wrong with it, cleaned the area where the crown belonged, and quickly glued it back in place. I was in and out of the office in about a half hour. They were very kind and helpful in fitting me into their busy schedule.
I have been a patient of Dr. Eber for nearly 30 years and have always appreciated the excellent care he provided. Every interaction with him was positive. I am reluctant to leave a negative review out of respect for Dr. Eber, but the two most recent dentists who joined the practice have been disappointing. The first had poor bedside manner and came across as rude. The most recent addition, Dr. Gupta, was a complete shock. At my last visit I was told I probably needed a root canal, multiple fillings, and two gum grafts. This was surprising because, aside from some minor gum recession that had been monitored, I had never been told anything of the sort. Dr. Gupta wanted to schedule the root canal and both grafts right away. After I passed the sensitivity test for a root canal, she still insisted I needed the two grafts. When I asked if she was a qualified periodontist, she replied “not in America.” That response was unacceptable. I sought two independent second opinions. Both confirmed that I did not need a root canal or multiple fillings, and that only one minimally invasive gum graft was appropriate. The procedure Dr. Gupta described was characterized as outdated and not suitable for my situation. I have never felt more like a cash cow. I was not even referred to a periodontist until after I requested my records be transferred to a new provider. I have never missed a cleaning. To go from “healthy teeth, let’s just watch that one area of gum” to recommendations for thousands of dollars in work feels predatory. It is unfortunate that this experience may tarnish Dr. Eber’s long-standing reputation. I truly wish him well.
Dr. Eber and Dr. Gupta are great dentists. They actually care about your well-being and oral health. They have a wonderful staff that care as well and that is patient with you. The whole staff is great from the front desk to the back staff.
Great job with Dr Gupta and her team. Excellent dentist experience. They were very informative and helpful throughout the whole appointment. Moving to the area now I have found my new dentist office.
