Would not recommend. Used them previously and stopped due to their pricing scheme. Heard things might have changed and gave them a second chance. Was immediately sold an annual service agreement for $424 in order to get a 20% discount on repairs. When they showed up it was $656 to trouble shoot and supposedly some of that would be applied for the repair cost. Repairman arrived at 2:30 pm and finished at 3:30 pm. They found a leak refrigerant filter drier ($60 part) on the outside unit. Trouble shot, Replaced, pressure checked, and recharge Freon in 1 hr. For $1624!! They do not provide an itemized receipt. Parts and labor costs are unknown. You only get a total cost. When I called to discuss this outrageous pricing. I was meet with their management team’s patronizing attitude telling me they only care about the customer but cannot explain or itemize the cost. They focused on I asked for service and service was provided. I asked them to review the pricing since I had just paid for the service contract and today’s total cost was going to be over $2000+ While on hold apparently they were eavesdropping on my wife’s and I conversation about sharing this negative experience. A voice then immediately came on and said “what did you say?” (Interesting that they listen in on you but you can’t hear them.) I said we intend to share this negative experience to warn others, and again they immediately became patronizing and offered NO resolution for the clearly outrageous price. I know of no other company that does not itemize their invoice for parts, labor, service call out charge etc. so you can see what you are paying for. They will not, this is the scheme. Without resolve I demanded an immediate release from the year long service contract, agreed to pay the outrageous cost for repair, as I will NEVER use them again. Nor should you.

I signed up for the annual maintenance plan after I bought a 25 yr old condo. Susie and Walker at the office explained everything clearly, they scheduled my first appointment sooner than later, and Melvin my technician was on time, courteous, and explained every step of the way to me during his maintenance appointment, and as a new homeowner I truly appreciatedit. Highly recommended for accuracy, honesty, fair pricing and great customer service 👏 👍🏻 👌

Tyler was our service rep. He was very thorough with our HVAC system. Explained what he was going to do first, then what he would do if he found anything that needed attention, and at end he would explain what he found, thankfully my HVAC is in good working order! All American has been our service provider for years!!! Excellent team, excellent service, and we trust them to be honest, caring, and trustworthy! A great company you can rely on. Highly recommend All American and Tyler!

Adam and Brendan did a terrific job cleaning the ducts in my home. They were prompt and very polite. All my furniture was returned to its proper place and the floors swept twice. They also completed my semi-annual maintenance and left everything spotless. Great job!
