All Florida Custom Homes

I Absolutely love the home that John and his team built for us. We started from scratch with a less than ideal peace of land to build on. John saw the potential and made our idea into reality. Seeing everything come to life is truly a unique and amazing experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about the build quality, communication throughout the build, and the costs. I highly recommend All Florida Custom Homes for your next build/project.

John built our home 12 years ago and it still feels brand new. I have high expectations and All Florida Custom Homes exceeded them in every way. John and his team are professional, courteous and attentive to every detail throughout the process. John is highly skilled, experienced and very reliable. They paid meticulous attention to our project from the foundation to the finishing touches. I recommend John to my friends and will use him for any upcoming projects and additions.

I’ve known John Raymer and his company, All Florida Custom Homes, for over 20+ years. His company has taken on projects of many different sizes and scope. Anything from modest homes to high-end custom homes, he’s demonstrated his unique ability to collaborate with homebuyers to create their true dream home. I have also provided construction-to-permanent financing for John’s many clients over the years with excellent results. I would always highly recommend them to anyone for their next home building project!

John worked with us to add an RV garage to our home. The RV garage design was to exactly look like it was original to our home design. John and his team were meticulous in every detail and the new RV garage came out beautifully. If you’re doing any new additions or building your new home and you want it done right then you need to call John at All Florida Custom Homes.
