We highly recommend Allen Brothers Plumbing Service. We first called about a septic pumping and a main sewer line concern, and the pricing was a little better than other plumbing companies we checked. nolan arrived on the scheduled day, handled the septic work well, and noticed an issue with the main line. He let us know that part of the line might need to be replaced to keep the system flowing properly. A few days later, nolan came back with braden to go over what the repair would involve since we had not yet set the appointment. They were very patient, took time explaining the septic and drain line problem, and answered all of our questions in simple terms. We also asked about a float sensor, general plumbing maintenance, and a few other concerns around the system, and everything was explained clearly. Once we were ready, an appt was set with a clear estimate for the repair. On the repair day, nolan and geoffrey arrived as planned, completed the needed plumbing repair, and again took time to answer our many questions. The final job turned out to be smaller than first expected, and the cost was much lower too, which was a great surprise. i really appreciated how honest, helpful, and thorough they were. they made the whole process easy, kept the work area clean, and made sure the septic and line work were done right for our home in Jacksonville. we will definitely call again for future plumbing service.

If more stars were possible, i would give them. he was professional, respectful, on time, honest, and he explained a few helpful things to watch for that i did not know before. john came out the same day i called to check several plumbing issues at my home in Jacksonville. He returned to complete the repairs and did excellent work. He replaced a leaking drain line, installed a new bathtub drain, and while testing everything, he found another hidden drainage problem behind the wall from an older installation and fixed that as well. He made sure the plumbing was flowing properly, cleaned up the work area, and answered all my questions in simple terms. The pricing was fair, the service was smooth, and the quality of the repair was great. i am very happy with the whole experience, and i will definitely call john again whenever i need a reliable plumber.
