I cannot praise Alyssa at Integrity One Properties enough. After THREE YEARS and FIVE REALTORS (yes, you read that correctly), she was the only realtor who was able to successfully sell my home. Her level of dedication and professionalism made a significant difference throughout the process when compared to others in the business. She was set apart from her peers from the beginning. She went incredibly above and beyond in preparing the property for sale, including using her own personal time to assist with cleaning, repairs, presentation etc. Her willingness to do whatever was necessary to get the property market-ready demonstrated an exceptional level of commitment to her clients. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, and transparent. She communicated openly, kept me informed, addressed concerns promptly, and provided practical guidance whenever decisions needed to be made. I always felt that my best interests were a priority and she was so easy to approach. Her professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart from the other realtors I had worked with. After such a long and difficult selling process, I could not have asked for a better person to help me finally get the property sold. I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for a hardworking, dependable, and client-focused real estate professional. Because of her, I can peacefully move onto my next chapter, and for that, I’ll never be able to truly express my gratitude. Thank you SO much, Alyssa!
