This is a very nice rental complex. The views od the beach and the private pier is lovely. The unit we rented was nicely renovated, spacious and clean. The balcony offered plenty of seating. We rented chairs and an umbrella from a local company that delivered them to our room. We really enjoyed the privacy of having isolated amenities from the public w/out feeling closed in. The pool area was very nice. I was surprised that there weren't more tables w/umbrellas given the heat & sun but that did not take away from the overall space. The lounge chairs were heavy duty and comfortable and there were many around the pool. This is a well maintained property. I would stay here again!
Amelia by the Sea has beautiful ocean views in from any condo in the place. The condo was nice and put together. I have visited in October and now April. It was a little rowdy in April. The ocean view from the balcony and sea breeze are amazing to wake up and go to sleep to everyday.
Beautiful condo with a nice pool and I think the only pier on the island. Makes for great shade and fishing and views. The beach is also really wide here, the dunes are huge, we saw rabbits and deer and gopher tortoise in them. Views from room 322, which was very nice and well kept
Shout out to Gerard - this man saw me struggling to get out of a parking spot and he stopped what he was doing, got off his golf cart, and helped me navigate my way out. He is making Amelia by the Sea look even better than it already did! Thanks again! 😊
Wonderful vacation spot! Spectacular sunrises. Nothing beats that ocean breeze on a crisp, cool morning! Love this place! Very relaxing!!
