Absolutely awful service. My mother took my son here and they seemed very concerned about an infection he has on his leg until she left. We have called them back 7 or 8 times trying to get the to send the prescriptions out in order to get them filled today. They flat out didn't send them for the first 4 hours and then finally we thought we were done, they only send one out of three prescriptions. When we called back they said Its not their problem and they were leaving for the day (right around 3pm). The lack of concern for a 4 year old patient and lack of attention to detail is extremely concerning. They have since stopped answering my calls. If I'm not contacted by someone to make this right and for some reason my son's condition worsens due to their lack of care and effort I will absolutely be contacting an attorney.
3 Hours waiting watching new walks in come in do paper work and get called in before me. Was told They have appointments but they said out loud they are walk ins and did all the Paper work I did. And I watch them sit down fill it out get called in a hour later and I’m still waiting. And they know I have extreme pain. Not professional at all. Take care of your customers like their people not just a number on a box. And responsibility in owning mistakes versus lying to avoid problems.
Dr McDonough and Nurse Haberland were phenomenal both were super sweet and very good with my son!! They were very thorough and engaged with our son so he was comfortable!! The receptionist was also very kind and friendly!! They all did so well with our son!! This will definitely be our go to for urgent care!!
They get busy quickly. I went at opening & there was already two people ahead of me. Fantastic staff!!! Gal at the front desk is friendly & efficient. Ed, the PA, was friendly & knowledgeable. Sent me home with a summary of my visit, a recommendation plan & a copy of my X-ray that I could give to my PCP.
I was very sick and having respiratory issues, then I knew I had to get to the doctor when my eye got swollen and I felt pressure. I called them to see if they would take my insurance, the front desk clerk was very sweet to me, and I told her both of my issues, respiratory and swollen red eye, she assured me that the doctor would take a look at them for me, she really put me at ease during a distressing time. When I got there I filled out the paperwork with my husband and I got seen not even 15 minutes after we got there. I was seen by doctor Sohail Kohan, I cannot thank him enough, he thoroughly examined my eye and my breathing. Without him I would have been miserable and in pain as I was before I seen him. He prescribed me medication that knocked out my pink eye and my sinus/respiratory infection. Thank you so much Dr. Kohan and the amazing front desk staff for taking care of me.
