We recently closed on a property in St. Augustine. We chose to represent ourselves in the transaction without a buyer's agent, while Andrew Butler represented the seller. Despite being on the opposite side of the deal, Andrew was exceptionally easy to work with and maintained a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. Both Andrew and Jena Ward were highly responsive, addressing and turning around our requests to the seller very quickly. Thanks to Andrew, Wyatt and their team we were able to find a home and a neighborhood that we loved and they didn't mind going to as many houses as I asked to look at or circle back to. We also had fun in the process. They were so helpful throughout the closing process since we handled it remotely from a different state.
