Recently I attended an HOA Board Member certification 4-hour webinar presented by Ansbacher Law. The overall presentation was well organized and the information was presented with excellence. There were no snooze moments. Each of the team members presented with expertise and offered just the right amount of detail with case study references and professional recommendations. I walked away with some very insightful information to discuss with my board. Well worth the time spent.

The update covered everything that I needed to know about changes in Florida law affecting condos. It was very well organized and easy to follow. Additionally, the provided slide presentation will be great for reference material in the future.

I am the Board Treasurer of a New Smyrna Beach Condominium Owners Association. I had the opportunity to attend the Zoom Continuing Education presentation for Legal Updates. The presentation was well coordinated, started on time, and provided meaningful insight into legal changes pertinent to Board Directors. The meeting host and two speakers (lawyers) were well prepared, knowledgeable, and informative. I enjoyed attending and feel like I gained several pearls of information that I will use in my Board position. Highly recommend!

I fibd the courses that the Ansbacher Law group are very informative and helpful for me as a HOA board member. They provide comprehensive guidance and materials when giving the information. I appreciate their willingness to give advice and classes to the community board members.
