My father lived in Arium Seaglass for 8 years and really enjoyed living there! He recently moved out to transition into an Independent Living community. He rented a quiet, secluded unit on the first floor. Easy parking lot access and close to the amenities. One highlight of his experience here was working with Rosa, the manager in the leasing office. Rosa was always helpful and professional. She was dependable and quick to reply to my dad. The maintenance team was also quick to respond to work orders. This apartment complex is in a great location and very close to shopping, beaches etc. A great experience at Arium Seaglass!
As a year long resident at Arium Seaglass, I can't even begin to describe how great this place is. The grounds and apartments are kept up incredibly well. Every time I have a guest over they comment on how nice the community looks and feels. The maintence crew is on point as well. You can tell the people that take care of this community have allot of pride in keeping the place nice. Ever since I moved in Rosa, in the office, has been incredible. If I ever have an issue she takes care of it in no time and does so with a smile. This truly is a great place to live.
As a new tenant, I had a few issues around my apartment that needed attention. Barrell was very responsive, attentive, and quick to address everything. He got right to work fixing the issues and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism, communication, and dedication to making my new place feel like home. It’s reassuring to know that management cares about its residents and takes concerns seriously. Thank you, Barrell, for the excellent service and for helping make my new home comfortable from day one!
We have been here since March of 2024. Enjoy the location and the surroundings. We met Rosa during our first visit and we felt that this might be what we were lookiing for. A downsize and away from boating after over 50 years of boating. Over our time here your maintenance staff has been responsive and courtious on each and every occasion. Another personal shout out is to Andre. A great employee for the Arium organization and just a really nice person, Carol and Fred
Ms. Rosado (Rosa) was the absolute best and went over and beyond helping my wife and I secure temporary housing while our home in Jacksonville Beach is being renovated/reconstructed. Rosa totally went out of her way knowing that we Needed to secure an apartment in a short amount of time due to our circumstances. Rosa/Arium Seaglass worked beyond their normal business hours (and on the weekend) in order to give my wife and I, the luxury and comfort of knowing they Could fulfill all of our request and desires. Rosa is without a doubt top shelf and first class all the way.
