Art of War Jiu Jitsu

We absolutely love Art of War Jiu-Jitsu! My husband and kiddo both attend, and from the beginning, it has felt less like joining a gym and more like becoming part of one big family. The owner/professor and coaches genuinely care about their students and consistently go above and beyond to keep everyone safe. They aren’t just teaching jiu-jitsu either. The kids are learning respect, discipline, good sportsmanship, and how to be encouraging teammates. I’ve watched my kiddo’s confidence improve week after week, and I love that this is something my child and husband can learn together. They even practice one-on-one at home, and it’s such a wonderful thing to watch them share. For homeschooling families, they are also a Step Up provider, and the classes can count toward PE. It has been especially helpful for building my child’s coordination and motor skills while providing an activity my kiddo genuinely loves. Their schedule is flexible too, so if we miss a day, making up the class is super easy. My only small complaint is that when a class is especially full, my kiddo wishes it lasted a little longer because, naturally, there are more children to redirect than during smaller classes. Even then, the coaches work hard to keep everyone engaged, learning, and safe. The professor is an awesome guy who genuinely cares about every student and places a strong emphasis on safety and sportsmanship—neither of which is a bad thing in my book! We’re incredibly grateful we found Art of War and would absolutely recommend it to other families.

Took my entry class and wasted no time signing up for 12 months. Clear and Concise instruction, Positive feedback from multiple coaches and A refreshing system of training. Had a great conversation with the owner and I can't wait to start my 12-month journey training at Art of War. What a great School, highly recommend. The gym clearly reflects pride of ownership. Sadly, not all do. I'm genuinely excited to be a part of this school.

Awesome gym with a great mix of people training, the foundation classes are super scalable based on your starting point, so just start! Coach Mike answered all of my constant questions enthusiastically and was happy to show me moves multiple times until it felt right for me 🤙🏼 A+ gym, get signed up!

We have had an awesome experience at Art of War Jujitsu. From day one everyone was so welcoming!! The instructors are patient and extremely knowledgeable! You can tell they love what they do because it shows in the positive atmosphere they create! The management is absolutely wonderful! They truly care about every student. Art and Sarah's commitment to their students is evident in every class. Their kindness and dedication makes this academy a special place. Whether you are new to Jujitsu or you have been training for years, you will feel right at home here.
