Ascendance - Pilates, Yoga & Barre

While in town visiting, I found this lovely studio for Pilates but realized they offered much more than that, so I tried pilates, the strength class, with a very knowledgeable trainer, and the barre class, which was fun with a great instructor. If you want to keep up your exercise routine while on vacation and meet some of the locals, Ascendance is the perfect place. I will be back!

Ascendance Pilates is the best. I’ve been going twice a week for quite a while. Diane, my private instructor, is kind, patient, and understanding. She makes the class fun! All the instructors are very nice. I thoroughly enjoy going, never thought I would say that!

I began with a few private lessons and have been going to classes now since January. It is March, and I feel like a different person. Reformer classes are amazing. I am a senior citizen, and I am not the only one attending the classes! Donna and Diane are fabulous, as are the other instructors.
