Amazing staff and facility! Mrs Vivian Is by far the best doctor I’ve come in contact with in MANY years. She is very caring and understanding. It means a lot when a doctor or their staff actually take the time to listen. I will never go to another doctor or facility! Highly recommend
Worst accounting/billing department I've ever experienced. Was charged co-pay for a wellness visit due to their billing department submitting the wrong code to my health ins. They refused to correct it and would not credit my account for the co-pay even after I called with my Ins company on the line explaining the error. Completely fraudulent. Go somewhere else!
It was a very productive visit. The dr told me everything I needed to know about how treat the stye on my lower eyelid. And it worked. Cortney is very good at what she does. From the moment my appointment are made; I receive reminders through my preferred choice, able to pre-register online, my waiting period at the reception is like 5-7 minute, and my primary care given is par excellent. This is the reason I’m able to stay on top of my good health And enjoy life.
