I have known Rosie for about 20 years. Her work ethic, energy and knowledge of the market in NE FL are all amazing. So, of course I would turn to her to handle the sale of our largest asset. It was not at all surprising that the first couple that saw the house bought it! It was priced to sell recognizing that the comps in our gated 55+ community. The buyer’s agent lived out of town so Rosie let opened the house for inspections and went far beyond what most agents would do! As we got down to packing, Rosie rounded up extra coolers for frozen food and even helped me more by lining up a cleaning crew to prepare the house for the buyers. It was a real squeaker but we managed to clear out as scheduled. Rosie is a professional and deals with all her customers and cooperating agents with grace and efficiency. She works all over Florida and has worldwide contacts. In our opinion, she is the epitome of what a real estate agent (and friend) should be. Please call her with all your real estate needs.
