I recommend Atlas Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I've never had physical therapy and didn't know what to expect. Andrew was professional and informative during the evaluation and development of my individualized plan. He is knowledgeable, careful to explain exercises and encouraging. Thanks to Andrew, my pain has decreased and my mobility and flexibility have improved. I look forward to continued improvement.

I have had PT at the Atlas facility on San Jose several times over the years. I have always found Leo and the rest of the staff warm, friendly and very competent. I always leave with better mobility, and less or no pain. I highly recommend Atlas and this is the only facility I will go to now and in the future.
Went to Atlas for therapy prior to knee replacement for strengthening. That experience led me to choose Atlas for therapy after procedure. I am still progressing. Jim McKoy. Because of my experience both before and after my left knee replacement, I returned to Atlas for treatment before my right knee replacement. My right knee has been replaced, and I will soon return to Atlas for after procedure therapy. Jim McKoy
Tried to relive my glory day’s and blew out my ACL playing in an adult soccer league. Over 40 and was not looking forward to the recovery and PT. Atlas has been fantastic and I actually look forward to going on my PT nights. Very friendly team of people committed to pushing you to recover without going too far and injuring or hurting yourself. This injury for me is a metaphorical hotel and not a house. I don’t want to live in recovery I want to go home and this team will help you get there. Caitlin has been my PT and she is awesome and my son had John for his PT when he tore his ACL and John is awesome. Highly recommend!
I first went to Atlas before and following my knee replacement and have since gone for a second knee replacement and currently for a shoulder issue. Their physical therapists are knowledgable and well qualified to give you the right exercises to get you functioning well and back to normal activities. The atmosphere at the clinic is professional but pleasant. I have observed them working with all age patients and everyone is treated with the same level of care. I also go to their wellness program which is outstanding for helping me with strengthening and balance. I cannot recommend Atlas highly enough and would trust any of their therapists.
