Amazing quick and compassionate! I was able to check in online to get in line and make the wait easier. I got there and was seen immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and I had exceptional care. Will happily come here again next time I need quick urgent care!
I had a wonderful experience because of Ms. Yvette! I only had cash with me, and she went above and beyond to help me find a place where I could get change. Even though things were very busy, she remained kind, patient, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and truly put me at ease. Unfortunately, the other receptionist I encountered was not nearly as pleasant, which made a difficult situation more stressful than it needed to be. Customer service makes a huge difference, and Miss Yvette is exactly the kind of person who makes customers want to come back. She did an amazing job, and I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism!
The care team provided exceptional care and attention during my visit. Juanita, Rose, Shantel and Evette were friendly, compassionate and supportive throughout the process which was very fast to get seen and cared for. Top tier experience - thank you!
Staff was so amazing! Front desk was helpful with check in and the back office got me in a room quick. The provider Courtney on staff was phenomenal, made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Super friendly and quick. Honestly the best experience ive had with an urgent care, i didnt even sit down to wait, they took my documentation and i immediately went in, got my routine checkup, then went straight back for my xray. The nurses were super nice, as well as the doctor, and very funny. Would reccomend this one to everyone
