Great and so nice emergency medical service and follow up appointments. Doctor Michelle Walton is great and careful professional, as well as the team, the medical assistant and the receptionist lady. Thank you so much Avecina medical Center for your good services and your kind people.
If you would’ve asked me 2 weeks ago, I would’ve given this place a 5 star review! I recommended this place to everyone, but not anymore. We came in 10 minutes before close and while I know this is an inconvenience, that is what urgent care is for. This wasn’t an ER emergency but couldn’t wait until tomorrow. Instead of being kind, the entire staff (receptionist and doctor) were incredibly rude. I have brought my kids here, myself, and even my parents! None of us will ever be back. This is also not the first time this same Dr has been terrible to us but this is the first time the receptionist has been. To the RNP- Consider a different profession if you insist on being home at certain times so you can sleep. How dare you be not only completely unprofessional but just 100% rude. You got into the medical field and this is literally your job. I hope one day when you are sick people treat you or your family like this.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everyone treated me like family. Very kind and welcoming! It’s rare to find a healthcare team that provides this level of professionalism and kindness. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. Fantastic experience! I came in with lower back pain. Nathan assisted me immediately, and Dr. Jeremy provided a great check-up, a steroid shot, and a prescription for a muscle relaxer. The efficiency here is unmatched—I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great staff and incredibly fast service!
