I visited Dr. Kessler recently and had a good experience with the Dr. & everyone in the office. Much much less chaotic then the St.augustine office.

Have called Aza at least 10 times for BLOOD PRESSURE medicine reillls. Left messages, no response. Finally got the nurse (who is wonderful and caring) and she said the paperwork was on the doctor's desk. Here I am, a month later, with no meds. My BP went from 124/74 to 170/94. I have an appointment in September but afraid I am going to stroke out.

I have only been here physically once, and saw Dr. Joseph. Needed a script refill, and was informed Dr. Joseph is no longer w/ them and said I'd need to see a new Dr. They tried to get me in ASAP since I was running low on my meds (my fault) but I said I'd have to get back w/ them due to schedule conflicts. They called me like, two minutes later to let me know someone cancelled and asked if I'd like a Telehealth visit. I had the Telehealth visit and it was super quick and I wish I remembered the name of the provider but Tanya (I believe her name is) @ the front desk is AMAZING!!

I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for almost 2 weeks now no one answers the phone. They encourage you to use the portal, but don’t respond through the portal when I’m trying to refill my medication. I have called multiple times tried to refill through the portal. I have been miserable and in pain and having to use over-the-counter medication if you can go somewhere else, I would recommend doing that.
