Baptist Obstetrics and Gynecology (Fernandina Beach)

So happy I made this call. Missy Adams was caring and understanding and I am sure she will pursue the right treatment for me.

This was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. An argument arose completely unnecessarily—she seemed more focused on blaming me for not understanding her instructions than actually helping. To make matters worse, the instructions on the prescription bottle, the ones on my chart, and what she told me over the phone were all different. When I tried to clarify, she raised her voice, acted immaturely, and ultimately hung up on me. There was something off about her behavior—whether she was just looking for conflict or something else, it revealed her true colors. I strongly recommend seeing a different provider if you want to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Dr. Hill needs to learn bedside manner

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Hill and her staff. I can say that Dr. Hill treated me with the utmost importance and was genuinely concerned about my care and prognosis. I had to have a hysterectomy and the experience from diagnosis to my last follow up appointment was so smooth. Dr. Hill and her staff took such great care of me. They respond to your questions quickly and never leave you worrying about anything. I can not praise Dr. Hill and office staff enough. She is a Godsend and I have never felt as good as I do now, post procedure. I am grateful that I was referred to her office and she helped me get my life back on track. Dr. Hill in my opinion is the BEST in the Baptist Network.

All of the staff were super nice and truly went above and beyond during my visit. After having my procedure, one of the nurses called my personal cell to make sure I was doing okay, and that made my day. I would recommend others to come here :))
