I called several primary care establishments and all of them had a 2+ month wait. As a last resort I called some main number and asked the lady if she can just find me any Baptist primary care in Florida that can see me soon. She looked around and found me this place. Luckily it ended up only being 15 minutes away from me. So far everything has gone great. The facility was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My doctor, Dr. Mahinrad, spent a good amount of time evaluating and listening to me. I have had plenty of not so good doctors in the past. I feel confident that this place will be great for me and that makes me happy 😃
Shiva Mahinrad, MD is extremely kind and patient even with people who might have a complicated medical history. It is nice to see her knowledge and experience in action as she gives her patients exceptional care with dignity and mutual respect. Thank you Dr. Mahinrad, and your wonderful staff!
Stellar. Stellar. Stellar. Been a patient under Baptist care for twenty plus years. Called to as if my care could be moved to a much closer office. Melissa did so with such ease, care and sincerity. Found me an appointment that worked for this week. Just outstanding.
Melissa at the Lake Asbury office is extremely rude! She lost a potential patient due to her impatience with simple questions. I could visualize her rolling her eyes at the simple request I had.
Brought my dad here last friday and every one was soooo sweet and accomodating even though we were coming late due to traffic. The melissas (there are two) and Dr.Nguyen are incredible. I would definitely suggest using them for your primary care needs.
