New favorite place to thrift! Great mix of everything at great prices. I like that this was less manicured than the color coded Goodwills and appreciated that this wasn’t overloaded with just clothes. They had a good amount of everything and their book section was alphabetized for the most part. I went in (unknowingly) during their 50% store wide sale so that was an added bonus. Will definitely be coming back!

I am sorry to have to say this but when I donated a trunk load of items this morning, the woman told me they were having a 50% off sale on everything today. (Also that jeans were $4 so they'd be $2 today, ended up paying $8/ea. pair!!) I came back later today, brought my husband and when we got to the register, the woman was not pleasant or friendly & said nothing was on sale, the sign isn't outside. Well, I had never been before to know there's usually a sign outside so it looks like we won't be donating or coming back again. Very disappointed. Check the stores before you donate. See how they treat their customers before you donate your precious items!
If I could give Zero stars I would. The cashier was extremely rude to me after I asked her if there were discounts today. She went on and on and on about how they need to make a profit because that is why they shut down the store in Yulee, because they didn't charge enough for the FREE donated stuff they were selling. I was trying to purchase an item that was priced at $3. The cashier decided the price should have been higher and walked away with the item in her hand and grabbed a manager. I just stood there, "like what is going on??" They both came back to tell me that they were going to charge $30 for the item instead of $3, even though it was damaged and was priced and put on the floor. This is insane! My guess is, that I am not the only one experiencing this kind of bait and switch at the register. Waste of time going in there, shopping around, standing in line at the register for over 10 minutes only to have the price changed. I will never go back even though I have spent thousands here. This place has gone down hill. Don't waste your time, there are better thriftstores.
Came here with my fiancé looking for books and left with a library! I only denote a star due to the pricing on certain items. If you're looking for picture frames or dishwares this is not the place for you, but if you are a reader, come on thru!
Disappointment is an understatement. I have been a loyal customer of this store for nearly two decades, and what occurred today, December 31, 2025, was humiliating and unacceptable. While shopping, I was wrongfully accused of stealing the boots I was wearing at the time of check out the hispanic cashier informed her manager that the black boots on my feet matched store merchandise and implied that I had stolen them. The manager and two additional employees approached me and questioned whether the boots were mine. I explained that the boots were recently purchased from Amazon and immediately offered to show my receipt. The manager initially refused to view the receipt, and only after further insistence did they look at it—at which point it became clear that the accusation was completely unfounded. Despite realizing their mistake, the cashier attempted to proceed with checking out my merchandise. Never even apologized . At that point, I refused to complete the purchase, as the situation had already caused embarrassment, distress, and a complete loss of trust. It was deeply upsetting to be treated this way after years of loyalty and referrals. This experience raises serious concerns about customer treatment, employee training, and how accusations are handled in your store. I will not return to this location, nor will I continue to recommend it to others. I am also considering taking further action to ensure that no other customer experiences similar treatment.
