Let me start by saying this place was absolutely AMAZING!! From beginning to end it was like the Beverly Hills of Dentistry!!1st class service. A hygienist got sick and I was called bright and early and Brandi apologized profusely and made every effort to accommodate! From the moment you walk into the door you are literally pampered! They offered extra services but were not pushy or sales crazed! I absolutely loved it. They went above and beyond. If you look at my reviews I literally am very honest and hard on businesses as customer service is so important to me. For me to give 5 stars is very very rare but I literally hope they stay the same and don’t change because I was amazed and impressed beyond my expectations. Don’t let me forget the Dentist he was super nice and laid back, hygienist was sweet and caring! Check out was easy and efficient and everyone was KIND!! 💕💕💕
I had an amazing experience at Bartram Dental Center! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were super sweet, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is great—clean, relaxing, and professional. The entire team was kind, and the dentist took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend Bartram Dental Center to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about their patients!
Before going to Bartram Dental, the dentist was the last place I wanted to go to. But I have changed my mind about dentist visits since going there. My 1st experience was for a broken front tooth. Dr Lewis made a cap. He did an awesome job. I’ve been seen by, Leslie, Dental Hygienist, for X-rays and cleaning. She’s extremely efficient and gentle. Dr Barlow has extracted some teeth. I recently had to go back for pain and swelling in the area the extractions were done. X-rays showed everything was normal. They decided to do a 3D image and found a root tip - it was removed and now I’m pain free. Every team member I have met has been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend BARTRAM DENTAL!!!
Alandrea was phenomenal in helping me understand what's happening with my teeth and a fantastic job of getting them cleaned up. Additionally, Dr. Lewis set a plan to fix some issues to get my teeth back to where they had been in the past. Everything was clear to I could understand next steps and the end goal. Thanks all! I recommend you check them out too.
Dr. Barlow was absolutely wonderful with my 14-year-old daughter. Due to a genetic condition, her two adult teeth near her front teeth never developed, and he did an amazing job with her replacements. They look so natural that you would never know they weren't her real teeth. He was kind, patient, and made her feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The office itself is beautiful, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We had such a positive experience from start to finish. We're so grateful to Dr. Barlow and the entire team at Bartram Dental Center for giving our daughter a smile she can be proud of. I highly recommend them!
