After working with five home care CNA agencies in less than two years for my elderly parents, Bayada is in a league of their own, and we are grateful. Their consistent professionalism, reliability, cheerfulness, communication, and accountability far exceed our prior experiences, and I highly recommend them. Amanda, our primary CNA, has been exceptional — compassionate, dependable, proactive, and genuinely caring toward my mother. She consistently goes above and beyond, which brings us tremendous peace of mind. Additionally, her sense of humor, attention to detail, and communication skills have had a meaningful positive impact on my mother’s recovery from recent hospitalizations. Amanda has become a trusted part of our family! Maria is another standout, she has not spent as much time with us but is an energetic smiling ball of compassion and truly has a heart of service. Unlike other agencies we used, Bayada caregivers always arrive on time, complete the work professionally, and have backup coverage when needed. They also have a professional 24/7 phone line with a supervisor if you ever need anything—no more ruined weekends left hanging without care for your loved one until Monday morning! (This happened frequently with other agencies.) The slightly higher hourly cost is absolutely worth it for the quality and reliability of care. This is life changing for the entire family, now we can focus on our relationships with Mom instead of worrying about her care.
