I have been working with Richard since 2019 which has improved my overall health immensely. Within the first 6 months, I lost 20 lbs and able to stop every asthma medication after a 47 year history of using a multitude of treatments. Since then, no inhalers, no steroids and no more side effects. The most glaring side effect was a diagnosis of osteopenia. 2 years later, I was able to reverse the osteopenia to a normal bone density scan by only using Richard’s treatment that did not include any big pharma ‘solutions’. I have improved my fitness from 30 to a peak VO2 Max of 41. Still able to maintain a VO2 Max of 38 for the last 3 years and waiting for my latest results (yeah, he does that, too!) In real world results, I have gone from a couch potato, averaging 2 weeks a year on antibiotics related to asthma exacerbations to someone on no prescribed medications (recently celebrated 6 years in Jan 2026) with much more energy, a significantly improved fitness level and feeling so much better about my outlook of ‘aging’. With his technology, my biological age is 10 years younger than my chronological age. I can’t imagine that hasn’t improved by at least 17 years since I started. There really isn’t a price tag I could put on what I have gained from his coaching/guidance/programs. All I can say is, ‘Thank you’ 🙏

My wife came to get some facial treatments. They were so welcoming. I decided to do the Brio Chair massage while I waited. It was such a treat. Fully body massage, including my arms and hands. As a golfer, I loved it. Plus they are ten minutes from the Town Center so we went to lunch after.

I had been contemplating lip filler for a few years and I knew if I was going to have it done it was going to be at Be Still with the best in the biz, Kristine. I was in awe of this spa when I was warmly greeted and offered tea/coffee/water in the cozy waiting area. The massage chair was a treat while we waited for the numbing topical to set in. I was nervous going into this but left ecstatic with the results of my treatment. Thank you!!
