Had the fried shrimp are we sat at the bar having a couple of drinks. Everything was wonderful. On this vacation there for our trip are the second best I've had. And I've had at least eight different fried shrimps from the East Coast. Excellent lemon drop made with orange vodka! And the presentation was fabulous!
New visit, March 11th. Grilled Cobia Sandwich and Grilled Cobia dinner. Excellent as always. Love trying new types of fish! The time before was Grilled Triggerfish which was excellent, Triggerfish has a delicate flavor if you don’t like fish go ahead and have it deep fried. The fries were coated and also very good and delivered hot. Service was excellent and they have a lot of seating. Went a week later and had Triggerfish and Shrimp. Also was excellent with good service.
Bailey was our server and she was so attentive and friendly. It was so busy and she never appeared overwhelmed. The conch fritters were AMAZING!! Best we’ve had anywhere! The shrimp tacos and crispy fish mango tacos were delicious. The margarita was insanely tasty! Love that people brought their dogs to dinner!! Can’t wait to go back!
Went here on a whim driving up A1A from home. Parking is a nightmare- but there is public parking 2 blocks up. Easy walk back- it is at the entrance to the drive beach entrance, so its not a restaurant issue. The wait was 10 minutes- grabbed 3 drinks from the bar inside while we waited. Drinks were good- islander and mai tai. Food was tasty- wrap, tacos, burger- all had good flavor. Sat outside under cover and they had fans all around to keep air flowing. We will be back.
I stayed in St. Augustine for a couple weeks and this is my favorite spot I ate at. You can't ask for much more: outdoor seating right near the beeach, fresh fish, delicious apps to share, and drinks that kept flowing. Definitely the spot to be for a great meal.
