Paul was very patient and informative as it was my first time filing for my LLC. Took his time, and I didn’t feel rushed even when I didn’t have information readily available. Definitely recommend to others for personal or business filing. He also informed me that he does annual reporting for businesses so I readily switched to do everything in house!
