Had a very amazing experience with this law group from start to finish. They handled mom's medicade process until she passed january 2925 and my dad's poa and will . He passed dec 2025. everything has gone through smoothly.

We were extremely pleased with the estate planning services of Berg Bryant Elder law at the World Gold Village location. Attorney Carla Trina-Conley and her staff guided us through the process of estate planning deftly and with great attention to detail in making sure our will and trust documents met exactly what we wanted. We also needed to establish a special needs trust for one beneficiary and place our home in trust and this was accomplished. Berg Bryant Elder Law meets the heightened Florida Bar requirements to be certified in elder law and this expertise was importanr to us. I am a retired attorney and the heightened expertise of Berg Bryant resonated with me greatly. My family used this firm once before for medicaid planning for a relative and their guidance proved invaluable to me then as well. We never felt rushed either, and have a solid confidence that we understand all of our estate planning documents as they were thoroughly explained to us.
