Bernadette Grandinetti REALTOR, Real Estate - Christie's International Real Estate

Bernadette was wonderful to work with. I was still in Texas, looking for a new home in the St Augustine, FL area. Bernadette's local knowledge helped me navigate the variety of housing developments to focus on my needs. Once the house was located, Bernadette arranged for a showing to accommodate my travel, and after viewing I made my offer. During the purchasing process, Bernadette helped answer my questions and quickly work thru any questions with the seller. The process was very smooth. I'm a now the very happy owner of a new home, thanks to the help of Bernadette.

Bernadette was professional to work with and very diligent in all of her efforts to handle my transaction. She was great at communicating on a timely basis and always answered my questions. I would happily recommend Bernadette for any of your real estate needs!

Bernadette is fabulous! Our house on Sumer Island came on the market and we could not get there to see it. She dropped everything and went to see it for us the next day. She recommended we buy it so we did. She was spot on! We love it. She also gave great recommendations of contractors (walls, paint, pool) to get the house in shape. Bernadette is the complete package!

We have worked with many agents in the past and Bernadette went way beyond our expectations. She is quick to respond, very professional and a pleasure to work with. Purchasing our condo from negotiations through closing was a breeze. Bernadette was always available and responsive. I would highly recommend her and not hesitate to utilize her services again.
