My husband and I have had the absolute pleasure of purchasing 2 homes and selling 1 with Beverly, since 2012. From the moment I met her I felt like we'd been friends forever, she was such a joy to work with! She was so very patient every step of the way, and was always willing to answer questions and walk us through even the simplest of processes (since we're not seasoned home buyers/sellers). Over the years, we have referred many friends to her because we cannot say enough good things about the business relationship and smooth process she provides. Beverly definitely goes above and beyond for her clients, so we will always go to her for our home buying/selling needs, and continue to send everyone we know her way!
One incredible agent! Extremely warm, friendly, patient, helpful, responsive, nice! The best realtor we’ve ever had in 50 years! Answers questions and texts all hours of the day/night— even midnight! Finds perfect properties that meets your needs. Goes to bat for you in dealing with selling agent. Totally works around your schedule. Extremely accommodating. Goes out of way to make things easy for you—takes care of things at property, checks on things at property or elsewhere, meets with inspectors, shows up at settlement. Anything you need, she happily does. She knows the best handymen, electricians, plumbers, sub-contractors and will set you up with whatever you’re looking for. This is one very top agent!!!
