I decided to leave this review because I believe it’s important to be honest. Today I paid for the removal of my acrylic nails and a pedicure. On the positive side, the massages and paraffin treatment were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the nail service. After the removal, there were still product residues left on several nails, leftover material around the cuticles, and areas that were not properly finished. Even after leaving the salon, I continued finding product still attached to my nails and rough edges that should have been smoothed out. The pedicure could have been more detailed as well. The polish application and the cleanup around the nails were not as neat and professional as I expected for the price paid. I mentioned my concerns before leaving, but I did not feel that any effort was made to address or correct the issues. I appreciate the good customer service, the relaxing massages, and the paraffin treatment, but I believe the quality of the manicure and pedicure work needs significant improvement.

Very clean and welcoming atmosphere! I had two nail technicians—one started my nails and the other finished them—and they both took their time and did an amazing job. I got tips with builder gel. I don’t get my nails done very often, so this was a special treat. I’m usually hesitant because it’s hard to find a salon that doesn’t rush, but I was so happy with my experience. If you’re a first-time customer, be sure to ask about the new customer discount at the front desk!

Finally found a nail tech that did exactly what I wanted. The work was not rushed . I’m big on cuticle trimming , he did that! a great job on my cuticles, both Mani and Pedi. My gel builder came out perfect. No lumps or bumps . My technicians name: is BEN. I Highly recommend him,, The atmosphere is pleasant very clean ., overall A wonderful experience 🥰 The Pedi massage with hot towel was heaven 🙏🏽 I will definitely be returning. 🤗

I had a great experience at B&L Nails! The staff was friendly, took their time, and paid attention to every detail. My nails turned out beautiful, but what really impressed me was the quality. They've lasted incredibly well with very little wear, which says a lot about the products they use and the care they put into their work. It's nice to find a salon where you don't have to worry about your nails chipping or lifting after just a few days.
