Not reliable and certainly not reputable. This company is owned by Kevin Morgan. They charged us $450 for an emergency call on a broken well head and did a terrible job. I should have realized something was fishy about them when they showed up in a car on a Sunday afternoon (but benefit of the doubt given because it was a Sunday call). They adhered the new pipe as the water continued to gush from the well and glue went all over - so of course, the seal around the well head was not complete. They came back on Monday in a car again (someone had the truck?) and 'finished the job'. Long story short - It still leaks and we've had to call in another company to fix this work. One more sign of a shady business - when I made out the checks he wanted them made out to "Kevin Morgan' - not 'Blackcreek Pump Repair'. The receipt given tells me we have '90 days parts and labor warranty'. Mr. Morgan promised several times to come out to fix the leaking well-head and never showed up. Buyer beware of shady folks like this.
