Bold City Dermatology- Palencia

I highly recommend Dr Ferrer-Bruker and her team . I have been a patient for about 3 years . Their pricing is competitive and the service is phenomenal . The staff at both locations is very accommodating and compassionate. Dr is extremely professional, experienced, and a friendly person . Unlike other medical professionals, I never feel like I am being rushed out for the next patient. 5 stars in my book . Rick

Every encounter I have had with Bold City Dermatology has been a very positive one. Beginning with a warm greeting when I entered the office and ending with a thorough skin exam. The office is immaculate, the staff was courteous and respectful and Dr. Ferrer-Bruker was exceptional. She was upbeat and energetic, respectful and very knowledgeable. She patiently listened to my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. F. was professional and I recommend that you do yourself a favor and make an appointment; you won't be disappointed.

Palencia location- This 1 star is very much reflective of the provider and NOT the office staff. Office staff and MA's were very kind and nice. Provider needs a better attitude. She was dismissive. Didn't want to hear any concerns.. didn't ask for that matter. Also, was solely focused on this yearly mole scan. I guess they get more money from my insurance with this than anything else? Not quite sure but I did not schedule for this. Very disappointed. I've been here a few years ago and had a happy result but they've changed clearly. Will not go back.
