I had a great experience with Dr. P. Patel and Jennifer Tupper at Borland Groover. Even though I only had one office visit before my procedure, Jennifer made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She always kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and when I got sick and needed to reschedule, she handled everything quickly and efficiently. I always knew what was going on and what to expect next. Dr. P. Patel was amazing as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. Great communication and great patient care can be hard to find, and this team truly stands out. 12/10 recommend!
The facility was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Shannon at the front desk was a very lovely lady. I also want to mention the other staff members: Sally (pre-op), Donna and Sam (procedure team), and Shaine (recovery) who did a great job! 👏 And I certainly cannot leave out Dr. Raid, whose kindness was a great help to me. Thank you to all of you! 💐💐
I had Dr. Bradford Joseph or Joseph Bradford for an endoscopy. He has a first name as a last name, so I don’t remember which is which. He’s a trip and it made for a decent experience for a not so decent pastime. Shout out to Chris, Shannon, and Claudia. Claudia, when I started panicking and said sorry, I didn’t take my meds today. You laughed and said “So true”. It’s the small things with a big impact. I loved that and thank you for being cool to hang out with as I got prepped. Sam and the other nurse (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) made me feel very comfortable amidst my sweaty panic and I’m so grateful. Last but not least, Mary, you are an absolute gem. You’re doing exactly what you were meant to be doing. Going through a string of emotions during recovery with you was the absolute highlight. Thanks for letting me talk about cheeseburgers and coffee foam. I think my husband bought into the “no housework for 2 weeks” bit :) You treated me like a person with individual needs and that I wasn’t just a name to cross off your list. I hope I never have to see any of you again, but if I do, I would 100% choose the same lineup. P.S. thank you for the socks.

1st experience was great. You don’t need to arrive an hour before the scheduled time. All you will do is wait. As high risk I’m waiting for prep instructions 5 days before my procedure on the 2nd event. All I get is you will pay 200 if you miss the procedure. I’m high risk. Think I want to miss it? Nope. But if they can’t do it because they screw up. That 2k my fee. Let’s see how this goes. More to come
