I saw Kyla every week for years. She was compassionate and patient and empathetic. She sat in my hurt with me and loved me when I couldn’t love myself. I’m SO THANKFUL for every tear she held and every minute I spent with her! Couldn’t recommended more!

Therapy was not my idea and I didn't care much at al for the idea of it. Now, I've been seeing Kyla for coming up on 3 years and could not be more thankful for the time spent in sessions. She is a professional in every aspect of the word pertaining to the mental health field. Kyla has mastered the art of utilizing shared experiences to aid provider-client understanding and making that interaction feel more like teamwork rather than a solo moment of her own. Along with that, she has also displayed an extremely balanced scale of letting me talk about things at my own pace while asking questions and guiding conversation in a positive forward moving manner. For anyone looking for a calm, kind, earnest therapist with the best version of you in mind, start here. It has been well worth the years!
