I visited Dr. Floro'soffice for the first time today and had a wonderful appointment. I didn't have to wait long at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Floro came in shortly after a was put into an exam room and was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and gave me care tips for home. I've already booked my next appointment!
I recently had to switch to Dr. Brian E. Floro, DMD My previous dentist did not accept my insurance anymore. I called Dr. Floro’s office and was able to make an appointment within four days to get my teeth cleaned. Niki was the dental hygienist and she did a fantastic job. I met Dr. Floro afterwords and he was very impressive and easy to talk with. The great part was, they did not immediately try to sell me any thing at all. That is very good to hear because I was always trying to be sold at my other dentist. If you’re looking for a new dentist in the San Jose area, I can highly recommend Dr. Floro. His office staff were so professional and courteous. I say what do you have to lose. Go try them out and see what you think. I think you will be happy with your decision. Thanks, Bill M
I have since had 2 subsequent visits and both have been excellent experiences with continuous courteous and professional service. One was for a teeth cleaning and the other for needed fillings. Dr. Floro was superb and so was his staff. Very grateful to have found him for my dental oversight. ———- My visit today was my initial office appointment. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff from Lena the receptionist to Nicky the hygienist who took my x rays and cleaned my teeth to Dr. Floro who reviewed my dental records and examined me and made recommendations. I have full confidence and look forward to the ongoing dental care Dr. Floro will provide me. I highly recommend Dr. Floro and his practice.
I have been coming to this office for at least 10 years and they are absolutely the best. From the front desk staff to the hygienist to Dr. Floro. Everyone is so sweet and professional. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Keep up the great work team!!
We just moved to the region and a friend recommended Dr Brian Floro. I am so happy to have a great dentist. The office is clean modern and Dr Floro caught an issue that my previous dentist totally missed.
