The staff was very helpful and personable. Keisha, Sharon, and Denise were outstanding in scheduling my appointments and in answering all of my questions. Therapists Lauren and Mary were very knowledgeable and provided targeted care, along with helpful exercises I can continue doing at home.

Michelle was amazing to work with, speaking as someone with a lot of negative experiences with physical therapists. I feel so much more capable. I can safely navigate stairs without railings, sprint across a parking lot, and go shopping for groceries without getting exhausted. These are little things that atrophy due to a chronic illness kept me from doing. I'm back to keeping up with my house and prepping meals for the week. I'm so grateful for her encouragement and support. As long as you do your at-home exercises to the best of your ability, you will improve your skeletomuscular situation. I was able to surpass expectations through hard work and dedication. Remember, you can't get more than you put in out of it. It won't fix my nerve damage, but my body is stronger than it's been in years. Thank you Michelle! Also, Miss Sharon is phenomenal. I love her so much, and y'all can call me anytime if someone is giving your front desk team grief. 😤

I can't thank Marissa at Brooks Rehab enough for the incredible support she provided during my son Elijah's speech therapy. When we started over three years ago, Elijah struggled to communicate, but Marissa's patience and understanding transformed his experience. She tailored her approach to fit his needs and helped him make remarkable progress he now speaks in full sentences and reads independently! Her positivity and dedication truly made a difference. We are so grateful for her help!

I am the caregiver for my 71 cousin, who broke his hip and had surgery in December. We completed Brooks home health and were referred to the Dunn avenue clinic. He was offered an appointment and when we arrived three weeks ago and paying his co pay, he was told he could not be seen because they did not have an order. We were told to go to his PCP, which we did. Week 2 appt I called three hours before the appt and was told that Brooks had everything they needed.we arrived to be told that they had not gotten the authorization from Florida blue. Not seen that day. Arrived back home and got a call that the authorization had come through so we were good to go for next week. Yesterday, I got a call an hour prior to the appointment to say that Brooks needed a code from the provider for services so he could not be seen for the appointment. I’ve never had an experience like this in my lifetime of receiving and providing health care. Someone in the system is not doing their job. We’re hoping to get a new referral for a different facility from his orthopedic surgeon as we a month with PT.
