They are undergoing construction but the place is still clean and safe. Front desk is efficient and it seems like their internal communication is great. Miss Lauren is a speech therapist who is amazing with children. I have been there about 15+ times and have always had a great experience

I had a meniscus repair surgery in January and started rehab 3 days after. We initially set a goal to be able to walk a mile in 3 months for my wedding day - lofty. Mitch was great, and although I didn’t make my mile goal - I did walk in for my first surgeon follow up on no crutches and he was thoroughly impressed with the progress. I also got a version of medical acupuncture from Mitch in my calf (I hadn’t walked in a year) and it made a huge difference in loosening the muscle so I could learn to walk properly again. 4 months out i consider it completely healed and I’m just building up muscles and cardio again - but the injury itself was rehabbed pretty quickly with precise exercises in the office and at home. Thanks Mitch!
We were welcomed with open arms and we felt so very listened too and understood. Mrs. Kim was a true game changer for our family. She has always made us feel so comfortable and gave us so many skills that improved my daughters quality of life that I didnt think would ever be possible. When we first came to Brooks almost a year ago my daughter couldn't listen to music,go outside or play with other's without being overwhelmed and now her favorite things to do is play with her friends at the playground and sing in music class at school and as Mother I am forever grateful for everything that Brooks and Mrs. Kim have done for our family. Thank you so much!
My husband ,Dan, had a great experience at the Park Avenue Brooks Rehab! Katelin Nelson was his PT, and she was FANTASTIC! She was always jovial, and knew exactly how to motivate Dan (a stroke victim who has had multiple brain surgeries).
The staff is exceptional and the programs work when you put effort into them. Location is being renovated so there is a good bit of construction and some limitations on waiting room space, which is a little rough for people doing PT.
