Brooks Rehab provided exceptional care following my rotator cuff surgery in June. My primary therapist, Niki, was outstanding—she listened carefully, designed a precise rehabilitation plan for my shoulder, and offered steady encouragement throughout. Nick and Amy assisted on several occasions and were equally professional and supportive. Cassandra at the front desk consistently greeted me warmly and managed appointments efficiently. The facility is impeccably clean and well-organized, and the entire team’s coordinated approach made a significant difference in my recovery. I’m regaining strength and mobility ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Brooks Rehab.

I have been a patient at Brooks Rehab Ortega for more than one issue. The staff here has improved my quality of life every time. I credit Ashley with my very successful total knee replacement recovery. Today I saw Marie for my intake appointment for a new issue, and right away, she improved my understanding of my problem and the plan ahead. Thank you, Brooks Ortega!
I saw Marie for Pelvic Floor therapy and she was amazing! At my very first appointment I could see why my provider so highly recommended her. She was very thorough and always explained in depth what was going to happen at each visit. She was patient with me and worked with my schedule to make sure I got my sessions in. I definitely recommend her and this facility!
After my Total Hip Surgery in November 2022, I never thought I would be able to walk without a cane and feel pain free. I chose this location to have a positive outcome and this place did not disappoint. My therapist, Ashley Samuel was excellent. She was very professional and really took her time to understand my condition and worked with me so patiently. Today, I graduated with flying colors from my therapy and thanks to Ashley's unwavering support and commitment to my healing process. I'm able to walk without any assistance and feeling so much better. Pain is definitely diminished. Oh, and by the way, the staffs were friendly, Cassandra from the front desk could look very serious but her beautiful smile lights up the day and the facility is clean and welcoming. All positive feedback. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Your very satisfied patient, Nelia
After aimlessly navigating over a decade of being misdirected, discouraged and disappointed with the “care” I’ve received from numerous health care providers, I finally have been guided in the right direction. I have struggled endometriosis and pelvic floor dysfunction for as long as I can remember. I was referred by my surgeon to see Marie Bogh at Brooks a few months after my laparoscopic excision. At the time, I was experiencing long-term discomfort and developed new symptoms after surgery including urinary problems. At first, I was extremely skeptical and honestly, I was already running low on hope and had little belief in myself. However, through working with Marie over the last few months, I have done a 180. Not only has she helped me physically, but she has taught me more about my condition in a way that didn’t leave me feeling hopeless. In fact, I feel empowered. If you are thinking about trying pelvic floor therapy, please do yourself a favor and give it a shot. I know it can be scary. I was so close to not giving them a call because I didn’t believe that it could help but it has been life changing. I feel so grateful to have found Marie, especially after dealing with so many cold and dismissive providers in the past. She is empathetic, patient, and a great listener. Usually, I hate going to any type of doctors appointment but I didn’t dread going to pelvic floor therapy. I looked forward to seeing what I could improve on and see how much I’ve progressed at every session. Marie is knowledgeable and also kind and it felt like talking to a friend. This type of therapy can be really uncomfortable with the wrong person but it wasn’t awkward at all. She always remains professional and never crosses boundaries. Pelvic floor therapy is such an intimidating thing to take on especially if you experience pain and/or have trauma. But Marie is understanding and I grew to trust her and she didn’t ever once push forward with anything that I was uncomfortable doing. Be ready to put in physical and mental work. She will push and encourage you in a motivating way. You’ll be surprised with what you accomplish with her help. That’s also something I learned: it’s okay to ask for help. Now that I understand more about my body, I have the power and tools necessary to move forward with my life even after being discharged. Coming here has been such a positive experience and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming. This is a great place to start your healing journey!
