Had a great experience here! I needed a report for a diminished value claim and Brown & Co. delivered!! The whole process was simple, and I had my report within 24 hours. I was able to raise the insurance company lowball offer by almost $1000.00! Michael was available during this whole process, email or phone, he was always quick to respond with useful information. Even after, he was very kind in offering advice on how to handle the insurance company. I hope you never need a DV report but if you do, this is the place!
