If I could leave 0 stars I would. My kids have been going to this ‘daycare’ for over 5 years and had nothing but issues for the past 2. They will send your children home for things like fevers and diarrhea but those symptoms never present themselves once the child is picked up. You are still charged for those days regardless if your child attends. In the last 6 months my husband and I have had to rearrange our work schedules or pay to find alternate care. This happens 1-3 days a week almost every single week. They will gossip about your child to other parents. I came to pick my son up last week and another parent mentions my child’s name not knowing I’m standing right there. The price increases happen what seems to be every few months since they have switched to one building. The only good thing I can mention is Kim and Krystal. Both are amazing and have been with my kids since they were infants.
My son LOVES this day care. He had never been to a day care and I was very nervous. They take great care of my son.
Really bad experience. Poor communication skills. I told my foster children to this daycare and the 2nd day they call DCF on me for birth marks even if Case worker told them they were birth marks.
