We LOVE the doctors here! So efficient yet kid friendly, caring and take time with each patient. Our son has been seen numerous times and had outstanding care. This last time they got us in within an hour and he left with a dose of meds and on road to recovery! Exceptional staff and doctors! Highly recommend.
Everyone from (reception to assistants to the PA) was kind, professional, and actually listened to me. Nobody dismissed my concerns, voiced judgement, or made me step on a scale before seeing me. I was seen quickly, was treated kindly and appropriately, and was able to walk out with medication in hand at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. Amazing experience all around. Thank you, CareSpot staff!
Recently needed to see a doctor asap. Booked online and even filled out all the paperwork before I got there. I was seen promptly. Staff was very friendly. Saw Dr. Josh. He was excellent. Very thorough and took time to explain things to me. Highly recommend when you need to see a doctor asap.
Timely appointments great staff and PA Josh is incredible. He listens carefully and answers every question doesn’t rush you and makes you feel you have a part in making decisions in how to treat your condition. I will go to him as my first line of defense from now on for as long as he stays in Nocatee
