The service is awesome and fast. The young lady at the desk knows her stuff, she's very helpful. I went in for a drug test and was in and out within 25 minutes which is great.
Staff is so friendly and kind, the Doctor was fantastic! She listened to understand how I was feeling not just to respond. It was quite busy and I didn’t have an appointment and they still got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The manager was working the front desk and was so nice ! Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff...even though busy they each took the time with every patient. My provider Renee was so caring and thorough. I have always hated the idea of Urgent Cares but these gals did it and did it RIGHT!!!
Long wait. 3:30-8pm(after closing time)Then placed in the examine room to wait 20 more minutes.Public restroom destroyed that they advise you to use and they don’t have equipment to perform sonogram test. Well, it’s broke. I have insurance so I paid my copay but for a person to not have insurance and pay $200 to be seen and not able to be confirm situation is ridiculous. The Dr is fabulous but the lack functioning equipment
Quick and effective- amazing, caring and knowledgeable Providers!! Staff is always polite and professional. Everyone is wonderful, I feel like | can find the help I need here.
